* Most people say the "silvers" are just starting to run....good news. Tomorrow we are heading to Allison Pt. to fish...hopefully we can hookup on salmon!
8/23/2009 Sunday 8:00am Woke up 7:30 am It's more clear than yesterday...you can see some of the surround mountains. Time to wake up the "DudeCrew", the "Mam Posse" b/c we need to get to a fishing spot pretty early. But first I want to climb on the roof to see if the view is any better (above).
1pm Dave needed a break from driving this morning so I was more than happy to take over for a while. I paid for the campsite and I talked with the owner for a while ( she asking first if we "fixed" our "problem" from last night). She also said the pinks were in with a few sivers. The tide was way to low to fish Allison Pt. The entire area was littered with tens of thousands of dead pink salmon and as many seagulls to match!
